- Standard orders ship within 2 business days. Custom-made or back-ordered items may require an additional 2 to 3 weeks.
- Estimated delivery: 6 to 10 business days for the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. 9 to 14 business days for Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and South Africa.
- Tracking details are sent by email and usually activate within 24 hours after dispatch.
- Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and providing an accurate delivery address. Reshipping fees may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If packages are delayed over 30 days, contact support for replacement or refund; damaged items after delivery are not eligible.
Returns & Exchanges
