Can you make a garment according to my measurements?
Custom measurements can be provided where appropriate. We may ask you to recheck specific measurements using our Size Guide before production is confirmed.
Do I need to know the exact material before contacting you?
No. Share any preference you have and we can review suitable material options based on the design.
Can I request embroidery or personalization?
Embroidery and personalized details can be reviewed where suitable. Feasibility and pricing depend on the design and amount of work required.
How is the custom-order price determined?
Pricing is based on the garment, materials, design complexity, sizing, personalization, quantity and required timeframe.
How long does a custom order take?
Production and delivery time depend on the final specifications and destination. A timeframe is discussed after the request is reviewed, before the order is confirmed.
Can I request more than one piece?
Yes. Tell us the quantity needed and we will review whether the request and timeframe are suitable.
