Use our size guide to choose the best fit for your jacket, coat, costume, or custom outfit. All Top Jacket Store products are made using standard US sizing, so if you normally wear size M, start by checking size M here. 

For the most accurate fit, measure your body first and compare your measurements with our size charts below. If you are unsure, contact us by chat or email with your measurements and our team will guide you.

How To Measure Yourself

1. Chest / Bust (A): Wrap the measuring tape under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape straight and parallel to the floor.
2. Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually slightly above the belly button. Keep the tape comfortable, not too tight.
3. Hips (C): Stand naturally and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
4. Sleeve Length (D): Measure from the center back of your neck, across the shoulder, and down to the wrist bone with your elbow slightly bent.
5. Shoulder Width: Measure from one shoulder edge to the other across the back. Keep your shoulders relaxed.
6. Measure while wearing light clothing or a thin tee. Do not add extra bulk. If you prefer a relaxed fit or plan to wear layers, add 1 to 2 inches to your chest measurement.

Choosing The Right Size

1. Standard Fit: Choose the size closest to your body measurements for a clean, regular fit.
2. Between Sizes: If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for comfort or the smaller size for a closer fit.
3. Layering: For jackets worn over sweaters, hoodies, or thicker clothing, add 1 to 2 inches to your chest measurement before choosing your size.
4. Custom Size: For custom made outfits, send us your exact chest, waist, hips, sleeve length, shoulder width, height, and preferred fit.
