Many of our garments involve hands-on work by skilled makers. During cutting, assembly, stitching, and finishing, attention is given to seam construction, panel alignment, edge finishing, closures, and decorative details appropriate to the design.

We consider the product’s purpose and confirmed specifications when reviewing fabrics, leather, linings, buttons, zippers, buckles, trims, and embellishments. Materials and components are checked for visible flaws and suitability for the design before they are used.

Key details such as measurements, proportions, stitch quality, garment structure, lining placement, and trim position are reviewed during production. Checking the work in stages helps identify corrections before final finishing.

Before an item is prepared for dispatch, we review its overall workmanship, recorded measurements, shape, finishing, closures, lining, trims, and visible presentation. The exact inspection points depend on the product and its features.

We consider intended use, ease of movement, layering, sleeve length, shoulder structure, garment length, and closure function during production. Fit is reviewed against the selected standard size or the measurements supplied for a custom order.

For custom-made apparel, we review the agreed size, color, material, and design details before and during production. Accurate and complete information from the customer helps us follow the confirmed requirements as closely as possible.

Customer feedback helps us identify where sizing guidance, communication, materials, construction, or finishing may be improved. We review relevant feedback and use it to guide practical updates to our products and processes.

Many items are produced after an order is placed. This approach supports customization and helps us plan material use around confirmed orders instead of holding unnecessary finished stock.
