Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing:

  • Custom and Back-Ordered Items:
    • These items require an additional 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
    • After production, the standard transit time of 7-10 business days applies.

Shipping Methods:

  • We partner with reputable courier services, including FedEx, DHL, DPD, and UPS, to ensure secure and prompt delivery. The choice of courier may vary depending on your location.
  • All shipping transactions are in USD.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free shipping for orders over $200.00.
    • A flat rate of $25.00 for orders under $200.00.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Import Duties & Taxes:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges required by their country.
  • If customs fees are unpaid and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in addition to any other fees incurred.

Missed Deliveries:

  • If you’re unavailable to receive your package, you may authorize a neighbor to accept it on your behalf by contacting us at: support@topjacketstore.com. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Address Responsibility:

  • Customers are encouraged to double-check their delivery address before completing their purchase.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Late Delivery & Refunds:

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please check your tracking information first. If issues persist, contact us at support@topjacketstore.com for assistance. We may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Skrill, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Items damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

To provide transparency, here are approximate delivery times by region (after shipping):

Shipping as a “Gift” or “Sample”:

To help minimize customs fees, we often mark orders as “GIFT” or “SAMPLE.” However, this does not guarantee exemption from customs charges, as regulations vary by country.

We offer global shipping to major regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Asia. For shipping to other locations, please contact us to confirm availability. 

Returns & Exchanges

RETURN PROCESS:

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@topjacketstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide the following information:

  1.  Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3.  Photos of the item showing the problem.

We will assist you promptly to resolve the matter.

    1. Please note that only new products are accepted for returns. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
    2. Returns must be sent by mail. You’re responsible for return shipping fees and the return label.
    3. A restocking fee of $25 for shipping will be applied to all returns.
    4. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
    5. All transactions and refunds are processed in USD.

Custom or Personalized Items: These can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect or they were made with incorrect measurements. Once production starts, they can’t be canceled either.

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

Got an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected? No problem! We’re here to make exchanges simple and stress-free. We’ll gladly exchange items if they arrive in the wrong size or color.

    1. The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the unsuitable item for a refund.
    2. Let us check, repair, or replace any damaged or incorrect items before requesting a refund.
    3. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be processed.
    4. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the replacement as soon as possible.

Timeline: Exchanges usually take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on shipping times and any customization needed.
