EXCHANGE PROCESS :

Received an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right? No worries, our exchange and return policies are made to make the things as easy as possible. We’re pleased to exchange most items if they are the wrong size or color.

  1. Please note that the orders including custom-made or personalized goods cannot be canceled once they are processed. These items are non-returnable except in cases where they are faulty or made with incorrect measurements.
  2. The quickest way to process your exchange is to place a new order for the replacement items and then return the unsuitable items for a refund.
  3. Before requesting a refund, please give us the opportunity to adjust, repair, or replace any faulty or incorrect items.
  4. Do not return items without obtaining prior approval. Unrequested returns will be rejected.
  5. Contact us before initiating a return, refund & exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be processed for exchange or refund.
  6. After we receive your returned items, we’ll dispatch the replacements promptly.
  7. This process typically takes a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the return shipping time and the time required to process any customized orders.

CANCELLATION PROCESS :

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase without providing any reason. To cancel, please contact our support team. After 48-hours period, a restocking fee will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that cancellation will no longer be an option.

OVERSEAS :

If you want to exchange an item, please purchase a replacement item in a new order, and then return the unsuitable item for a refund.

COMBINE SHIPPING :

If you need to exchange an item, remember that you can combine the replacement item with any other items you may wish to purchase to your new order, and only pay for shipping for the combined order.

RETURNS :

Please note that any products made to your specifications or clearly personalized cannot be returned or canceled once they are in production. These items can only be returned if they are faulty or do not match the measurements you provided.

  3.  Photos of the item showing the problem.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

  • We offer a comprehensive refund policy for most items. However, engraved or custom-made products are non-refundable unless a manufacturer’s defect is identified. Customers must notify us or return the goods within 30 days after receiving their order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure returned items reach us in satisfactory condition. Please ensure all bags, tags, and labels are untorn and attached.
  • To minimize processing time and speed up your exchange/refund, please return items free from odor and pet hair, folded neatly, and in secure, protective wrapping. We strive to deliver your goods in excellent condition, and we appreciate your effort to return them the same way.
  • Buyers returning goods from outside the USA must clearly mark the package and customs documentation as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid additional charges at customs.
