At Top Jacket Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want every purchase to bring you joy! We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know by emailing us at support@topjacketstore.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve your issue and make things right.
RETURN PROCESS
How to Request a Return: Email us at support@topjacketstore.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item showing the problem.
We will assist you promptly to resolve the matter.
- Please note that only new products are accepted for returns. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used.
- Returns must be sent by mail. You’re responsible for return shipping fees and the return label.
- A restocking fee of $25 for shipping will be applied to all returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
- All transactions and refunds are processed in USD.
Custom or Personalized Items: These can’t be returned unless there’s a manufacturing defect or they were made with incorrect measurements. Once production starts, they can’t be canceled either.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Got an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t what you expected? No problem! We’re here to make exchanges simple and stress-free. We’ll gladly exchange items if they arrive in the wrong size or color.

- The quickest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the replacement and return the unsuitable item for a refund.
- Let us check, repair, or replace any damaged or incorrect items before requesting a refund.
- Please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be processed.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the replacement as soon as possible.
Timeline: Exchanges usually take a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on shipping times and any customization needed.
CANCELLATION PROCESS
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase without providing any reason. To cancel, please contact our support team. After the 48-hour period, a restocking fee will apply. If the order has already been shipped, we regret to inform you that cancellation will no longer be an option.
COMBINE SHIPPING
If you need to exchange an item, remember that you can combine the replacement item with any other items you may wish to purchase in your new order and only pay for shipping for the combined order.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Return Window: You can return your standard orders only within 30 days after delivery.
- Item Condition: Returns must be new and in the same condition as when you received them. This includes products that are unopened in original packaging or have never been used. All tags, bags, and labels must be intact and untorn.
- Restocking Fee: A $25 restocking fee for shipping will be applied to all returns.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
- Faster Processing: For quick exchanges or refunds, return items free of odors or pet hair, neatly folded, and securely packaged.
