Order Processing

  • Processing times may be extended due to high order volumes or material shortages.
  • Please note that we process and ship orders only on business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Orders:
    • Once processing is complete, orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
    • Transit Time: Delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days after shipping.
    • Total Delivery Time: From order placement to delivery, expect 9-14 business days.
  • Custom and Back-Ordered Items:
    • These items require an additional 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.
    • After production, the standard transit time of 7-10 business days applies.

Shipping Methods

  • We partner with reputable courier services, including FedEx, DHL, DPD, and UPS, to ensure secure and prompt delivery. The choice of courier may vary depending on your location.
  • All shipping transactions are in USD.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Free shipping for orders over $200.00.
    • A flat rate of $25.00 for orders under $200.00.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with tracking details. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or clearance charges required by their country.
  • If customs fees are unpaid and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs in addition to any other fees incurred.

Missed Deliveries

  • If you’re unavailable to receive your package, you may authorize a neighbor to accept it on your behalf by contacting us at: support@topjacketstore.com. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience.
  • Please note that we cannot deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Address Responsibility

  • Customers are encouraged to double-check their delivery address before completing their purchase.
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Late Delivery & Refunds

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please check your tracking information first. If issues persist, contact us at support@topjacketstore.com for assistance. We may offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Skrill, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Items damaged after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues promptly.

Shipping as a “Gift” or “Sample”

To help minimize customs fees, we often mark orders as “GIFT” or “SAMPLE.” However, this does not guarantee exemption from customs charges, as regulations vary by country.
